Return
Contact us within 48 hours from the date of receiving your package to initiate a return request with our team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Items must be sent to the return address within 10 days of the delivery date to process your request for alterations or exchange of the item.
Our return address will be provided by our team. You can use our generated royal mail returns label or proceed with any other postal service of your choice.
Return packages should only be posted to the returns address provided by our team and not to any other address on the website.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Refund
We are only able to offer exchange and alterations in place of a refund. Exchange and alterations are only applicable to items that are not on sale.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In the event of an exchange, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund or the value of the exchange item.
